"Everything I have stated as president about what we can achieve – we are not taking any steps back. This is our policy: to be consistent, regardless of what has happened in the past. Despite that, we remain constructive. If we have agreed that it will be signed on our part, we are ready to sign," said Zelensky.
He believes that the American side is also prepared for this now, but suggested that the U.S. needs time to "analyze some things."
"I am open to any format of constructive relations with the United States. I believe that we have everything we need and it is in our hands to maintain this on our side. Once again, we are counting on this; we want the agreement as it is on the table. Yes, it will be signed if the parties are ready," emphasized the Ukrainian president.
