"The enemy is just a few kilometers from the Dnipropetrovsk region, and no one seems to care," said Maxim Zhorin.

The deputy commander of the 3rd Special Operations Brigade, Maxim Zhorin, asserts that societal mobilization can be driven not by the proximity of the enemy, but by three key criteria.
Враг приближается к Днепропетровской области, но, похоже, никому это не важно, — Максим Жорин.

I don't really believe that any situation can mobilize society. Our enemy is just a few kilometers away from the Dnipropetrovsk region, and everyone seems indifferent. It's unlikely that anything external can change the mindset of the population at this point.

Only internal politics can mobilize: the approach, attitude towards people, effective communication, and, above all, justice in the country.

Currently, there are significant issues with this. From mobilization to corruption, it permeates all spheres. Without justice, it is impossible to create a society where everyone works towards a common goal. And without that, in turn, fighting back becomes impossible.
