The company PIN-UP Ukraine has declared the unfounded nature of the accusations against its owner, Igor Zotko, and its readiness to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

This is stated in the company's official announcement.

“The Ukrainian licensed gambling company PIN-UP Ukraine officially asserts its complete non-involvement in any illegal financial operations and categorically rejects the allegations made by the State Bureau of Investigation and the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine against the company's owner Igor Zotko,” the statement reads.

PIN-UP Ukraine emphasized that it “has no and has never had any connections with Russian capital or sanctioned individuals.” The accusations are deemed “unfounded and unsupported by evidence.” The company believes that actions taken against the business “may be seen as an attempt to hinder the activities of one of the largest taxpayers in Ukraine's gambling industry.”

Since obtaining its license, PIN-UP Ukraine has always operated in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, adhering to all standards of transparency and legality, the statement says.

“Our company has consistently supported the development of legal business and the economy of Ukraine. Throughout its operations, the company has contributed 4.2 billion UAH in taxes to the state budget and allocated 188 million UAH for humanitarian and charitable projects,” the company added.

PIN-UP Ukraine notes that all rights and obligations as the organizer of gambling in Ukraine under the PIN-UP brand belong exclusively to LLC “Ukr Game Technology.” Meanwhile, the ultimate beneficial owner of the company is Igor Zotko, who “exclusively manages the company.”

It is also noted that Zotko has “actively and systematically helped the military and war-affected Ukrainians” since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

“Thanks to cooperation with charitable foundations, over 300 tons of food, water, medicine, and basic hygiene supplies have been swiftly delivered to frontline communities in Ukraine. Igor Zotko also actively supports sports charitable events and initiatives aimed at assisting children from affected regions. He personally fulfills requests from acquaintances and military personnel, supplying them with body armor, drones, transport, and tools for repairing equipment,” the company stated.

They also added that Zotko joined the UNITED24 initiative and “allocated 8.5 million UAH for the purchase of a Sea Baby maritime drone for the Security Service of Ukraine, and finances the ASKOLD training center, which prepares mobilized personnel according to NATO standards.”

The company PIN-UP Ukraine and its owner Igor Zotko are prepared to defend their rights, business reputation, and legitimate interests solely within the legal framework. We emphasize our readiness for transparent and open cooperation with law enforcement authorities to establish all the circumstances of the case and to refute the unfounded accusations,” the statement concludes.
