He noted that over 8 million Ukrainians have already received this support.
Additionally, the head of the government reminded that in January, the "Teacher's Supplement" will begin. Every teacher will receive an extra 1,000 UAH per month added to their salary, and starting in September, this amount will increase to 2,000 UAH.
As part of the "Winter Support" program, the initiative "eBook" will also be implemented. More than 56,000 applications have already been submitted by those who will turn 18 in 2024.
"Also, this month, another program of "Winter Support" will launch – the acceptance of applications for housing rental subsidies for internally displaced persons. This will assist thousands of our citizens during this challenging time," Shmyhal reported.
