On the night of January 5, there were no shellings in the region for the first time in a long while. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, as conveyed by "Izvestno".

"We are starting this Sunday morning with good news. The night in the region passed without shellings. Additionally, 4 enemy drones were destroyed in the sky over Dnipropetrovsk. Thank you to the warriors for their round-the-clock protection, and to everyone who supports them from behind the lines. Thanks to the courage and resilience of our Heroes, the life journey of millions continues," the message states.
