In an interview with Natalia Moseichuk, Biletsky expressed concerns regarding tactics such as the controversial practice of detaining potential recruits in public places, often referred to as "busification."

The commander of the 3rd Special Operations Brigade emphasized that while mobilization remains crucial for Ukraine, the current approach is more problematic than effective.

“We all understand perfectly well that yes, we need a draft, but we recognize that the forms it has taken are inadequate,” he stated.

Biletsky explained that forcibly mobilized individuals often lack the motivation and training necessary for effective service on the front lines, which diminishes their overall usefulness to the Armed Forces.

The impact of such methods extends beyond the military sphere. Biletsky noted that the actions of some representatives from the Territorial Center for Recruitment (TCR) have altered public perception of soldiers in rear cities. Whereas military uniforms once symbolized protection and commanded respect, they now evoke fear and discomfort among civilians.

To address these issues, Biletsky advocates for a shift from coercive measures to motivational strategies. He emphasized the importance of providing high-quality combat training, ensuring proper supplies, and bolstering confidence that recruits will serve under experienced commanders who prioritize the lives of their soldiers.

According to Biletsky, these steps will encourage more Ukrainians to voluntarily join the Armed Forces and contribute to national defense.
