A new suspicion has been announced against Korymyshkina, a deputy from the "Servant of the People" party.

Investigators from the National Anti-Corruption Agency and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office have notified a current member of the Ukrainian parliament of new charges, this time for submitting false information in the electronic declaration system. This was reported by the press service of NABU on January 9th.
Депутату от "Слуги народа" Кормышкиной предъявили новое обвинение.

The law enforcement officials did not disclose the name of the individual involved, but the case materials suggest that it concerns MP Iryna Kormyshkina from the "Servant of the People" party (formerly known as Allahverdiyeva).

According to the investigation, she failed to report a house and two plots of land in her declaration for 2023, which were under her use.

As clarified by the SAP press service on Telegram, this pertains to a residential house where the MP resides, as well as land plots near Odesa valued at over 17 million UAH, which were acquired through unjustified assets.

The actions of the individual have been classified under part 2 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (declaration of false information).

NABU reminded that this elected official is also a suspect in another case.

"According to the investigation, in 2021-2022 she acquired assets worth over 20 million UAH. A house was subsequently purchased with these funds, which she did not include in her declaration," the statement reads.
