After evaluating Ukraine's second report presented in October, the European Commission confirmed the fulfillment of all nine indicators of the Ukraine Facility plan for receiving the second tranche, noted the Ministry of Economy.
"These include reforms in legislation regarding anti-corruption, improvement of the business environment, labor market, regional policy, energy market, and environmental protection," the statement said. "In the first three quarters of 2024, Ukraine fulfilled 25 indicators of the Ukraine plan for the Ukraine Facility. There are still 11 indicators to meet by the end of the year, and the report on their fulfillment will be submitted to the European Commission at the beginning of 2025."
