Due to U.S. sanctions, Russia's largest LNG production facility has halted operations, according to reports.

The largest liquefied natural gas project in Russia, the "Arctic LNG-2" plant located in the Yamal-Nenets region, has been halted due to US sanctions. This information was reported by Bloomberg on October 25, citing sources.
Согласно СМИ, крупнейший завод по производству СПГ в России приостановил работу из-за введенных США санкций.

According to their data, the company has halted liquefaction of natural gas due to sanctions that restrict the shipment and sale of fuel. As a result, the plant, into which Novatek invested $25 billion, is unable to find buyers for its products: in October, approximately 5.3 million cubic meters are being delivered to the plant for liquefaction each day, which is more than twice lower than the level in September, the statement says.

Bloomberg claims that "Arctic LNG-2" is maintaining the processes necessary to keep the plant operational, but production has ceased. Since August, eight shipments of liquefied natural gas have been dispatched, but none of them have been sold, despite Novatek offering discounts of up to 40% off the market price.
