Deputy Konstantin Kholodov of the Ternovka City Council commented on the scandal surrounding his beating outside the executive committee building, which resulted in a broken jaw. Kholodov shared this on Facebook, as reported by "Vydomo".

"Friends, it's my birthday and I'm receiving calls with congratulations. But I want to apologize for not being able to answer.
Thanks to our deputy mayor Vadim Dobrovolsky and his connections with the criminal world, I ended up in the hospital with a broken jaw," - he wrote.

It is known that Kholodov underwent surgery. He has not commented on the reasons for his beating, but it is said that it was for refusing to support the allocation of funds for one of the city's utility companies.
