The Dnipropetrovsk Regional Center for Hydrometeorology has reported that a temperature record that stood for 77 years has been surpassed, according to "Vydomo".
"The temperature record in the city of Dnipro on January 10 reached a maximum of 10.6°C, while the previous record set in 1948 was 9.5°C," the statement reads.
