The Mayor of Dnipro, Boris Filatov, reported that as a result of a rocket attack on the city on November 21, there has been damage to infrastructure. Filatov shared this information on Facebook, as reported by "Vydomo".

"The shelling has impacted a building of the rehabilitation center for the disabled. The boiler room has been destroyed, and windows have been shattered. Information about casualties is being clarified. We are dealing with enraged scum," he noted.
