As he mentioned himself, there are 3 secret points, one of which should compel Russia to sit down at the negotiating table with us.
In turn, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga stated that he would halt the advance of the Russians. He made this announcement at a joint press conference with France's Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noël Barrot in Kyiv.
According to Sibiga, granting Ukraine permission to carry out long-range strikes with Western-made weapons deep into Russia will make it impossible for Russian invaders to advance.
"We are talking about strikes with long-range missiles and long-range weapons exclusively aimed at military targets on Russian territory," he said.
Furthermore, the Foreign Minister emphasized that Ukraine has a legitimate right to carry out these strikes based on Article 51 of the UN Charter. That is, the right to self-defense.
He noted that there was a delay in providing critically necessary assistance to Ukraine at one time, which affected the situation on the battlefield, particularly regarding certain advances by Russian invaders.
"And now we must avoid this situation, and we very much hope that this decision will ultimately be made by our allies," the Foreign Minister added.
