Updates on the military and mobilization:
By February 4, conscripts classified as "limited fit" must undergo a repeat medical examination. Although the President's Office has promised to extend the deadline.
Additionally, the exemption period for employees of critical enterprises expires on February 28. Employers can submit applications for extensions through "Diia" until March 1.
Now, military personnel will be able to designate a recipient for monetary assistance in the event of being missing in action or captured.
Taxes and finance:
Owners of vehicles younger than 5 years with a value exceeding 3 million UAH will now be required to pay a tax of 25,000 UAH. The official list of vehicles subject to exemption will be compiled by the Ministry of Economy.

Limits on bank transfers:
Transfers using IBAN details will be capped at 150,000 UAH per month.
For "high-risk" clients, the limit will be 50,000 UAH per month.
Services and economy:
Starting February 4, a new online registration system for all services at the Ministry of Internal Affairs service centers will be introduced.
Moreover, a price increase of 10–15% on food products is expected, particularly affecting vegetables, bread, and dairy products.
