Since the onset of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine has secured over $100 billion in funding, according to Shmyhal.

Since February 24, 2022, when the aggressor country Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Ukrainian government has secured over $100 billion in external funding. This was reported by Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal on Facebook on November 17.
С момента полномасштабного вторжения Украина получила свыше $100 млрд финансирования, заявил Шмыгаль.

"Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the government has already attracted over $100 billion in external funding. We continue to work to ensure that Ukraine has the necessary resources for defense, support for people, and recovery," he wrote.

The head of the government noted that just this week Ukraine received a $1.35 billion grant from the USA "for priority humanitarian and social programs," the European Commission approved the allocation of €4.1 billion under the Ukraine Facility, and a meeting was held in Kyiv with representatives of the International Monetary Fund, which may transfer an additional $1.1 billion to Ukraine by the end of the year.

"[Additionally] we have decided to secure over $1 billion in concessional loans from the World Bank. These funds have been pooled thanks to the governments of Japan and the United Kingdom. We are also attracting an additional €150 million from the EU for recovery projects and funding a free meal program for primary school students in 2025," Shmyhal explained.

He expressed gratitude to Ukraine's partners for their support and solidarity.
