To determine your ideal water intake, multiply your weight by 40 ml. For instance, a person weighing 60 kg would need approximately 2.4 liters of water each day.
Lutsenko also explained that the body receives hydration from several sources: 50% from drinking water, 40% from food, and 10% from the oxidation of fats and carbohydrates. For a person weighing 60 kg, this would mean consuming around 1.2 liters of liquids such as plain water, unsweetened coffee, or tea without milk, while the remaining hydration would come from food and metabolic processes.
