Children on leashes were spotted in one of the shopping malls in the city - right among the numerous stores, this "strange parade" was taking place. This was reported by "Vidomo," referencing "Trukha Dnipro".

The incident occurred in the "Apollo" shopping and entertainment center in Dnipro, which is quite popular among the local residents. It was there that a mother was seen walking two toddlers on leashes on one of the floors.

How the woman "came to this" is unclear, but the fact remains.
