"Tomorrow, I will be attending a meeting in the format of 'Ramstein', and negotiations with partners at the level of defense ministers and military commanders are also planned. The Minister of Defense of Ukraine [Rustem] Umerov is already in Germany and has begun initial meetings," said Zelensky.
The President emphasized that the main issues for Ukraine are strengthening air defense to at least push Russian military aviation away from Ukrainian cities.
"This is feasible if our partners implement the agreements we have been discussing for a long time. [...] Of course, we will also discuss with our partners how our defense coalitions will continue to operate in 2025. Europe has only one choice – and it is a historic choice – to become stronger, to become more self-reliant, to rely more on itself. We must be mature in this world and be prepared to contribute our European share to global security. This will be the right thing to do for everyone in Europe," he believes.
