Many Ukrainians who were previously classified as fit for limited service have postponed their re-examinations, resulting in a last-minute rush.
To manage the influx, local military medical commissions have expanded their staff by recruiting both primary and reserve medical personnel. Currently, there are about 700 individuals in the electronic queue for examination.

Since March of last year, those subject to conscription have had ample time to undergo repeat medical examinations. However, a significant portion delayed the process, leading to a noticeable surge in January.
In comparison to the previous eight months, during which just over 180 individuals were examined at the Sykhiv military medical commission, nearly the same number were processed in the first two weeks of January alone.
Despite the increased workload, the commission continues to efficiently handle applications from individuals wishing to enlist in the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a contract basis. Currently, optimizing the mobilization process remains a top priority.
