In Dnipro, unauthorized structures on the grounds of a lyceum have been dismantled, reports a correspondent from "Vydomo".
Two illegally constructed buildings were removed from the premises of Dnipro Lyceum No. 10. This decision was made based on a court order issued back in 2021. The legal proceedings had been ongoing since 2020.
The Dnipro City Council filed a lawsuit against the owner of the illegally built structures, but the owner refused to engage and ignored all demands, including fines for non-compliance with the court ruling. Consequently, the court's decision was forwarded to the state enforcement service, which initiated enforcement proceedings. However, the property owner continued to disregard their obligations.
Following this, the city authorities obtained all necessary grounds for carrying out forced dismantling. Two pieces of equipment were brought in to carry out the work. The removal of the unauthorized structures will allow the process of formalizing the legal documents for the educational institution's buildings and the land on which they are located to commence.
