On Monday, November 25, residents of Vernadsky Street in the Soborny district of Dnipro noticed blue water with soap flowing from their taps. This was reported by "Vidomo," citing the Telegram channel "Trukha Dnipro."

The exact cause of this discoloration remains unknown. However, "Dniprovodokanal" mentioned that emergency works were being carried out on Vladimir Vernadsky Street, specifically near house No. 20. People speculate that the water utility accidentally flushed the networks with the wrong liquid.

"It's definitely not safe to wash or cook with this," noted the author of the video.
