Recently, students of DNU named after Honchar had the opportunity to participate in an engaging and informative master class led by a world-renowned chef. This was reported by "Vідомо," referencing a publication on the page of the Department of Tourism Business and Hospitality at DNU.
"The master class focused on sous vide cooking."
"The emphasis was placed on textures, which showcase the chefs' skills in molecular cuisine. The green sauce under the 'roll' is made from pea puree, flour, water, and activated charcoal or black sesame for color, enhancing visual appeal and texture," the students shared.

The master class took place at the training laboratory for restaurant management at the Faculty of Economics of Dniprovskyi National University named after Oles Honchar.
