In Dnipro, vandals are leaving mysterious inscriptions on the lids of underground containers (PHOTOS, VIDEOS).

In Dnipro, underground trash containers have been installed in various neighborhoods over the past few months, but local vandals have already targeted them, reports "Vidomo".

Specifically, in the residential area of Pobeda, graffiti enthusiasts did not overlook the containers and wrote the word "newspaper" (or possibly something else) on top. What this means remains a mystery. Even more puzzling is that the unknown individuals left a drawn heart.
