The Department of Infrastructure Development of the Kryvyi Rih City Council held a tender for the cleaning of 70 portable toilets in the city, with a total amount of $20.2 million, as reported by "Vидoмo" citing Prozorro.
Interestingly, the sole participant and thus the winner was the company LLC "BIO-CLEAN," whose main activity is organizing burials and providing related services. Notably, the firm was established just two months ago.
