In Kryvyi Rih, in the East District, a genuine "communal chaos" is unfolding, the consequences of which are being felt by hundreds of people. For over two weeks, hot water has been continuously gushing from a break in the heating main on Proizvodstvenna Street. A geyser erupting from the damaged heating pipe is flooding the roadway, creating real streams of warm water on the street. This is reported by "Vydomo," referencing "SVOІ".

Throughout this time, despite a constant flow of complaints from residents, repair work has yet to commence. The inaction of utility workers has caused extreme outrage among the residents of East Districts 1, 2, 3, and Vechirniy, who have been directly affected by the accident. Instead of receiving heat in their apartments, residents are forced to endure the unusually cold weather for October.

The temperature in homes isn’t rising above +14°C, which is absolutely unacceptable for comfortable living, especially for the elderly and children. The situation is further exacerbated by the introduction of power outage schedules due to the aftermath of military actions. Residents, who previously used electric heaters to somewhat compensate for the lack of heat, are now deprived of this option, as the city, like all of Ukraine, periodically experiences power outages.
