A man died in a fire in the Nikopol district (PHOTO)

On January 8, around 22:05, a fire broke out in a private house on Vysokovoltna Street in the Prydniprovsk community of the Nikopol district, as reported by "Vydamo" citing the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region.

During the firefighting efforts in the single-story house, rescuers found the body of a 67-year-old man.

The firefighters extinguished the flames that engulfed the living areas and household items over an area of 50 square meters.

Four rescuers and one unit of firefighting equipment from the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine were dispatched to the scene. Additionally, a local fire brigade from the village of Chervonohryhorivka was also involved.
