A "living" fence will be installed in Shevchenko Park in Dnipro (VIDEO).

In Dnipro, dozens of thuja bushes have been planted on the observation deck of Shevchenko Park. They will create a natural barrier, reports the correspondent of "Vidomo".

The park is undergoing renovations, and this time, the workers from the Department of Parks and Recreation are focused on creating a green fence. Thuja is an evergreen coniferous tree, popular for forming living hedges. Due to its rapid growth (approximately 25-50 cm per year), resilience to heat and cold, as well as its decorative appearance, thuja is often used to create vibrant green hedges.

Municipal workers note that this plant adapts well to various climatic conditions and is excellent for landscape design.
