The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported that after a night of silence, on the morning of January 5, Russians shelled Nikopol, as conveyed by "Vydomo".
"In Nikopol, due to the enemy artillery shelling, a 43-year-old man was killed. My condolences to his family and loved ones. A 40-year-old woman was also injured. Medical personnel provided her with all necessary assistance. The city sustained damage to five-story buildings, garages, and vehicles," the statement said.
