"Today, the government approved a bill to ratify the framework agreement between Ukraine and the United Kingdom regarding the support for the development of our defense capabilities," the statement reads.
According to Shmyhal, this agreement also allocates funds for the establishment of repair facilities for military equipment and other armaments.
"Such facilities will be located in Ukraine. This will significantly enhance our defense capabilities. We are grateful to the government and people of the United Kingdom for their support on our path to victory," he stated.
