On Semaphore Street in the Samarsky district of Dnipro, a fire broke out in an apartment on the third floor of a nine-story residential building on November 22 at around 14:45, as reported by "Vідомо," referencing the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region.
Using an aerial ladder, rescuers brought down two women, born in 1973 and 1983, as well as a boy and a girl, born in 2014 and 2016, from the window of the eighth-floor apartment. Fortunately, they did not require medical assistance.
The apartment's owner, a man born in 1966, reportedly suffered from smoke inhalation and was hospitalized.
The emergency responders extinguished the flames over an area of 20 square meters.
A total of 14 firefighters and four units of fire and rescue equipment from the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the region were involved in firefighting efforts.
