Nighttime temperatures will drop to between -8 °C and -13 °C, while in the north, east, and the Carpathians, temperatures will fall to between -14 °C and -21 °C. Daytime temperatures will range from -2 °C to -7 °C, with slightly warmer conditions in the southern and Transcarpathian regions from -2 °C to +3 °C.
February 19:
It will be dry at night, but light snowfall is possible during the day in the west and north. Nighttime lows will range from -7 °C to -12 °C, and in colder areas, from -13 °C to -19 °C. During the day, temperatures will remain between -1 °C and -6 °C, while in the southern and Transcarpathian regions, a slight thaw might occur, ranging from -3 °C to +2 °C.

February 20:
Light snowfall is expected in the northern, southern, and central regions. Roads will remain icy. Nighttime temperatures will range from -5 °C to -10 °C, with stronger frosts anticipated in the Carpathians and eastern regions from -11 °C to -16 °C.
During the day, temperatures will fluctuate between -1 °C and -6 °C, while slight positive readings may occur in the western and southern regions from -3 °C to +2 °C.
February 21:
Mostly dry weather is expected, except for light snow in Crimea. Icy conditions will persist on the roads. Nighttime temperatures will range from -6 °C to -11 °C, while in the coldest regions—North, East, and Carpathians—minimum values may drop to between -11 °C and -16 °C.
Daytime temperatures will range from -2 °C to -7 °C, with a slight warming possible in the west and south from -4 °C to +1 °C.
February 22-23:
Under the influence of an anticyclone, a stable cold period will persist. Nighttime temperatures will range from -7 °C to -12 °C, with colder spots in the north and east dropping to between -12 °C and -18 °C, and in some areas possibly reaching -20 °C on February 23. Daytime temperatures will range from -2 °C to -8 °C, while in the south and west, readings may reach between -3 °C and +2 °C.
Forecasts also indicate that there will be no significant warming in Ukraine this week. The country will remain under the influence of cold and dry weather, with only rare snowfalls possible in some regions. Drivers and pedestrians should exercise caution due to icy conditions on the roads, and residents should prepare for prolonged cold spells.
