Ukraine is currently experiencing a prolonged cold snap accompanied by snowfall and freezing temperatures, which, according to meteorologists, will last at least until February 15.
On Friday, February 9, daytime temperatures will range from -1 to -3°C, with nighttime lows dropping to -8°C. On Saturday, February 10, thermometers will indicate between 0 to -2°C during the day, while in the eastern regions, particularly in Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Donbas, temperatures may reach as low as -3°C.

The coldest night is expected to be on Sunday, February 11. Across Ukraine, temperatures may drop to -7°C, except in Dnipropetrovsk region, where it will be around -3°C. During the day, slight frosts will persist, ranging from -1 to -3°C. Warming is only anticipated in Transcarpathia, where temperatures could rise to +4°C.
Meteorologists are warning Ukrainians about the potential worsening of weather conditions and advise exercising caution on the roads and dressing warmly.
