According to the expert, nighttime temperatures will drop to -12...-17 °C, while during the day the thermometer will read between -2 and -7 °C. In the southern regions, it will be slightly warmer, by 2-5 degrees compared to other parts of the country.
Additionally, the weather will remain mostly dry, although light snow is expected in the Poltava, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions. In Kyiv, there will be no precipitation, with nighttime temperatures reaching -12 °C and daytime temperatures fluctuating between -2 and -4 °C.

It is important to emphasize that roads and sidewalks will be icy, so caution is advised.
Natalka Didenko also reminded Ukrainians of the need to protect themselves from the cold by applying cream to their hands, wearing sturdy footwear, and covering their nose, throat, and cheeks.
She urged people to care for themselves as well as for homeless animals and birds by providing them with food. A noticeable trend towards warming is expected only after February 24.
