In Dnipro, a modern three-story complex will be built on the site of an abandoned kindergarten (PHOTO).

In Dnipro, a large-scale reconstruction will take place at the site of the former kindergarten "Thumbelina," located at 36 Kombryha Petrova Street. The decision to initiate the project was made by the Dnipro City Council, which granted LLC "Yahodny Dar" permission for the design and construction of a new preschool facility. This information was reported by "Vidomo."

The abandoned building, which has been an eyesore in recent years, will be replaced by a three-story complex.

The permit issued to LLC "Yahodny Dar" is valid for five years, providing the company ample time to realize this ambitious project. The planned building will feature impressive specifications: the maximum allowable height will be 14.5 meters, and the total area will be 4,077.1 square meters. This is significantly larger than the area of the former kindergarten, indicating the scale and modernity of the new project.

In addition to the building itself, comprehensive landscaping of the surrounding area is planned, which includes the creation of five parking spaces. Special attention has been given to the requirements for inclusivity.

The entire financing of the project falls on the shoulders of LLC "Yahodny Dar." The company has taken responsibility for all stages of construction, from design to the commissioning of the facility.

Currently, the former kindergarten is in a deplorable state.
