A woman was injured in an apartment fire in Zheltye Vody (PHOTO).

On Wednesday, January 29, a fire broke out in one of the high-rise buildings in the city of Zheltie Vody, Kamensky district. This was reported by "Vidomo" referencing the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region.

The report of the fire in an apartment of a five-story residential building located on Mykhailo Hrushevskyi Street in Zheltie Vody, Kamensky district, was received by the emergency service at 11:21 on January 29.

The fire involved property in a first-floor apartment. The area of the blaze was 15 square meters.

During the firefighting efforts, rescuers evacuated a woman from the apartment and handed her over to medical personnel.

The rescued 67-year-old woman, with a preliminary diagnosis of facial burns, was hospitalized.

The flames were extinguished by 11:40.
